How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days across the UAE. Express delivery arrives the next working day in Dubai.
How much is shipping?
Standard delivery is 25 AED and free on orders over 300 AED. Express delivery is 45 AED.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by card online, or choose cash on delivery and pay when your order arrives.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Until your order ships you can cancel it from My account → Orders.
What is your return policy?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Personalized pieces can't be returned.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order is wrapped and ready to present at no extra cost. Add a gift message in the order note.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Yes, for weddings, events and companies. Contact us with the quantity and date and we'll prepare a quote.
How can I track my order?
Open My account → Orders to see the status of each order and its full history.
